FAQs

How do I book with you?

All bookings are done directly with me! You can reach me by":

You may use the “Contact Us” button at the top of the page.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you know your dates! I can only take a limited number of clients at a time, and holiday periods fill up especially fast. The earlier you reach out, the better!

Do you require a meet & greet before the first service?

Yes! All new clients must complete a meet & greet before any booking is confirmed. You’ll also receive a New Client Intake Form to fill out so I have everything I need to care for your pet perfectly.

What counts as a holiday?

Stays that include any of these dates are billed at the holiday rate:

  • May 22-25, 2026

  • Jun 19-21, 2026

  • July 3-5, 2026

  • Sep 4-7, 2026

  • Nov 26-29, 2026

  • Dec 24, 2026 - Jan 3, 2027

The holiday rate replaces the base rates for all days in a booking that overlaps with the holiday. Holiday dates are subject to change. Please confirm current holiday rates at the time of booking.

What counts as a puppy or kitten?

Any dog or cat under 1 year old qualifies as a puppy or kitten. Because young pets need extra love and attention, more potty breaks, more playtime, more check-ins — there's a slightly higher rate to reflect that additional care

What form of payments are accepted?

I accept Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp for all direct bookings.

What is you cancellation policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your dates.

  • Cancel 14+ days before your stay: Deposit will be refunded

  • Cancel less than 14 days before your stay: Deposit is forfeited

  • No call/no show: Deposit is forfeited

Do you accept all dogs and cats?

I work with dogs and cats of all sizes. However, I reserve the right to decline bookings for pets that pose a significant safety risk. This is always discussed openly during the meet & greet.

What areas do you serve?

I am primarily based in San Jose, CA area. Not sure if you’re within my range? Reach out and I’ll be happy to confirm!
