Not as a hobby. Not as a side gig. As a calling — and now, as a business built entirely around your pet's world.

My story

I'll be honest. I've always been more of an animal person than a people person. Animals have grounded me, shaped me, and never stopped surprising me. That connection started early and never faded.

I spent time as a kennel tech at a small-town facility, working alongside a dog trainer and rescue mentor who completely changed how I see animal care. At the same time, I was volunteering at a local vet clinic — long days and early mornings. From morning to night I was surrounded by animals, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.

I've also worked through platforms like Rover and Wag!, which gave me great experience, but I kept running into the same wall. Apps create distance. I wanted to actually know my clients, build real trust, and offer care that felt personal and not transactional. That's what led me to build Snootle Pet Co. right here in San Jose.

Snootle’s brand colors were chosen specifically because they fall within the color spectrum that dogs and cats see best. Because it isn’t about us. Its about making your pet feel at ease from the very first impression. That same intentionality goes into every walk, every visit, and every moment of care.
